Get to know YedidyaE:

Below is YedidyaE's handwritten answer to the, "Tell us a little bit about you", survey question.

I moved from Austin last year and am currently living in Maryland, near the Wheaton area. I majored in Psychology but I am now studying to switch to a career in data analytics. I was born and raised in Ethiopia, moved to the States for College. Like most millennials I experienced a quarter-life existential crisis but I am learning to take things one day at a time and enjoy the simple things. I am a Christian hoping to meet a like-minded guy. My faith is very important to me. I am very close to my family and a proud auntie to two nieces and one nephew. I love playing and spending time with them but I hand them back to their parents when they become too much to handle. :) I enjoy reading and traveling to new places. I studied away for a semester in Paris and traveled solo in Europe, which has definitely been one of my best experiences to date. I hope to travel and explore a lot more down the road.

Why YedidyaE choose to be childfree:

Perhaps the most important question to CFdating's profile survey, below is YedidyaE's answer to why they choose to be childfree.

I believe parenthood is a life-time responsibility and I do not want to carry that kind of burden. Even though I am a Christian and I believe that Christ is with me in all my struggles (and that gives me hope no matter what), I ultimately believe that existence on this earth is not a good thing in and of itself. Life is mostly hard and I do not want to bring another human being to struggle in this fallen world.

Would YedidyaE have kids in the future?

Finally, would YedidyaE have or want kids down the road? Below is how they answered this critical question.

No. I enjoy children and I love my nieces and nephew but I do not want to become a parent.
