I'm Megan! I'm a psychology Ph.D. student at UMD and a fitness enthusiast. I love rock climbing, obstacle racing, and pursuing new fitness goals! I'm super goal-oriented and passionate about my work, but when I do take a break from the Ph.D. life and the gym I like hanging out at bars (or virtual happy hours as of now), playing board games, cooking, eating tacos, and drinking margaritas on the side of my tacos. I like traveling to pretty places with awesome mountains, and I recently took up scuba diving and would love to get more into that. I'm just here to see if anything interesting comes up, it's exhausting playing the "when do you bring up the childfree thing" game.
Perhaps the most important question to CFdating's profile survey, below is megan_7's answer to why they choose to be childfree.
I could preach to the choir about all the benefits of being childfree but the biggest reason is that I just don't want one. It doesn't appeal to me, it doesn't look like an enjoyable lifestyle.
Finally, would megan_7 have or want kids down the road? Below is how they answered this critical question.
I don't think so. If I get really bored in my 40s and totally change my mind I might adopt an older kid, but I don't plan on being bored.
